Whey ProteinWhey protein is a mixture of the proteins which are globular and are obtained from “whey” (liquid material which is a byproduct of cheese production) by the isolation method. If study is to be believed then the whey proteins possess anti-inflammatory properties.

The whey protein is available in three forms which are as follows:
Concentrates: they contain low levels of fat and cholesterol but have a large amount of carbohydrates and proteins

Isolates: they are made to remove fat and contain protein in large amount
