It is almost an obsession by every man to have that six-pack as a sign of good health and exercise. Most people wrongly believe that they can get that 6 pack as a result of working on weights and training only. But it is complemented by an Abs diet, which should be healthy and highly nutritious.
A good 6 pack diets involve 6 well spread out and simple meals in a day as opposed to heavy meals twice or thrice a day. And nutritional supplements will not help your cause so keep away from them. Sugars, fats, too much caffeine and alcohol are also to be kept away from.
Being able to gauge yourself and knowing the ideal amount of food your body requires as over-eating can lead to weight gain, and the diet should be well-balanced with an elaborate work-out plan which should be stuck to.
