Symptoms of Stomach Flu

Stomach flu is the illness that causes irritation in the stomach and the intestines. The illness normally does not have to be treated because it disappears by itself after one or two days. Its scientific name is Gastroenteritis. Some of the symptoms associated with stomach flu include diarrhea, headache, fever and vomiting.
The diarrhea and vomiting can cause dehydration. Of all these symptoms, diarrhea is the one most likely to occur. However, vomiting and fever may fail to occur. You may not realize that you have stomach flu until several days later since the symptoms take quite long to appear.
