When you have a low blood pressure it means that not enough blood is flowing to the brain and other organs. Also known as hypotension, the symptoms of this is giddiness, dizziness and sometimes even fainting. If you are someone who has low blood pressure you need to take a lot of salt. You can keep low blood pressure in control by consuming beetroot juice regularly. You can also have basil leaves with a spoon of honey or even some almonds soaked overnight. You need to remove the skin of the almonds and have them on an empty stomach. Mint juice also helps to control low blood pressure. These are some home remedies that you can follow apart from taking regular medication.
