The condition is readily cured if you drink apple cider vinegar at least three times a day for a period of nine months.
Besides, chewing gum, having honey and drinking aloe syrups and juices are other effective methods of curing heartburn. Adding ingested ginger to the food you cook also relieves heartburn. Apart from the remedies, it is very essential to maintain a healthy and balanced diet. Onions, chocolate, junk food, mayo, tomatoes, citrus and fatty foods are some of the things that should be strictly avoided. Food that is low in fats should be consumed and habits like smoking must be stopped completely.
