Having a baby is probably the most awesome experience for every woman. It is news of great excitement in any family! However in all the anticipation for the baby, let’s not ignore the health of the mother to be. Here are some health tips that expecting women can follow:-
1. Eat properly. Make sure your diet is full of vitamins, minerals and iron. Do not over eat and limit your input of sugar.
2. Avoid taking on too much tension or stress as it will affect both you and the baby. This is the best time of your life, enjoy it!
3. Consult your doctor and ask him to recommend some light exercises. This will help you to stay active.
4. Get adequate sleep and rest. It is necessary for the well being of the baby and you.
5. Make sure that you have your near and dear ones with you during this period. Who else will pamper you and make you feel so special? They are also the ones who will understand and put up with your mood swings.
