Expert prescribed food for improved vision

There are some factors that keep your eyes clean ensuring perfect vision other than washing your eyes or using drops. These are much more important than washing your eyes daily with clean water. These are nutrients that you consume in your regular diet that incite certain proteins and vitamins enabling improved vision.
Vitamins A, C, E and B vitamins are necessary for proper eye care. Zinc, selenium, chromium, magnesium etc. are few of the nutrients that contribute to proper vision. Eggs, especially the yolk provide much needed proteins and vitamins. Salmon, also considered being a very important part of the diet as it consists of Vitamins A, D and omega-3 fatty acids. Certain cold water fish contain all such nutrients.
Garlic and onions boosts the immune system and ensure circulatory health of the eyes. Green leafy vegetables like spinach, collard, mustard greens and other vegetables like carrots, pumpkins and beet root is good for the retina of the eye as it protects from sun damage. Besides, dark chocolates and red wine also help in better vision as they are rich in Vitamin C.
