There are many people who suffer from anxiety problem and this may also be due to some genetic reason. People who suffer from anxiety wanted to get a relief from it permanently but it needs lots of time and energy to overcome. Having anxiety to some extent is natural and normal and it needs no cure. But if you suffer from frequent anxiety panic attacks then you will have to take enough measures to get a cure.
First thing which you have to do is analyze the thing which makes you feel anxious and figure it out. Some people have the fear to socialize with others in crowded areas, all these things has to be analyzed. Once you feel any symptoms of having the problem arise just distract your mind from the current situation and focus on something else. Avoid stress full and panicking surrounding. Try to have a positive energy around you by thinking positively. Finally have trust on you and be strong.
