Home Cure for Constipation

Constipation is caused by, the way you lead your life and the kind of diet you follow. People who are suffering from the constipation will not drink much water but they drink plenty of coffee or tea. Drinking tea can be dehydrating and is not as same as drinking the water.
Some of the different home remedies for soar treatments:
Try to drinking a glass of warm water along with one teaspoon of honey and juice of half a lime or lemon in morning before you drink or eat anything else.
Integrate figs, raisins, prunes or dates into your diet. Children love dates and raisins. Try to chew few sticks of (liquorices) every day as it is a natural laxative.
Try to eat at least 350 grams of grapes every day and also try to eat some bael fruit. Before you sleep, put three teaspoons of Psyllium husk into cup of water or warm milk and drink it.
