But one has to take measures to be in a healthy position after the surgery during the recovery phase. Depending on the surgery precautions have to be taken.</p>
<p>After surgery patients are asked to cough and deep breathe in order to help opening up of the lungs and breathe easily. Mainly urinating problems and constipation is faced by the patients so, plenty of liquids should be given in order to get rid of the waste from the body. Adequate sleep and rest is necessary for the patient, too much of physical or mental pressure should not be given to the patient. There should be always someone present with the patient as the patient is too weak to do their entire work by themselves. Consult the doctor for light exercises, in order to recover better. But it’s important to consult a doctor after a surgery if the patient faces any complication post surgery.</p>

<p>Most of such problems are faced in the winter months. So increase the humidity levels for your body. Work out, use humidifiers and try and sweat it out. Humidifiers are cheap and easy to install. Taking vapours also acts as a great cure for a blocked nose.</p>
<p>Run a few drops of sterile water through your nose. The tingling feeling of irritation will make you sneeze and blow your nose, clearing up the tract. Also try and inhale menthol oil or eucalyptus oil.  It works wonders.</p>
