However there are a few exercises that can offer you relief from back ache. Pilates is one such exercise whereby you are supposed to sit with your backbone straight and go through a procedure of breathing exercises. Some people even consider swimming to be a great exercise for back pain relief since it increases the circulation of blood.

Chair lean forward is a great exercise that can offer you relief from back ache. All you need to do is lean forward in order to stretch, keep your head down, relax your neck and hold that position for at least 10 seconds. To get better results you can also try the single knee to chest exercise and then move to the double knees to chest exercise. Mid back stretch and forward lunges are other great exercises that can offer relief to your back pain.

If you want a well shaped abdomen then you need to practice certain exercises for it on regular basis. The intensity is not the factor here, it’s the regularity. Following are some of the exercises you should practice to get into shape:

•	Abs Crunch: Lie down on your back with your knees bent and move your upper body upwards so that the ribs move towards the hips.
•	Reverse Curl: Bend your knees in the direction of your chest while you are lying on your back. Hips should be grounded. Abdominal muscles should be contracting simultaneously.
•	Leg Raise: Start off with raising a single leg while you lie on your back in a ninety degree direction. Then do it with both your legs which will put more stress on your abdominal region.
•	Using the Ball: Many abs exercises can be carried out using the round ball which is an effective training device.

If hitting a gym is fashionable to lose weight, a morning jog is a way to also socialize while trying to stay fit. But amongst all the most peaceful and serene way to stay healthy is by practicing yoga.

Yoga is a combination of both art and science; it enhances the inner being and connects you to god. A daily practice of yoga bestows you with a stress-fee life. All the tensions, inhibitions and the rush of everyday life is at bay when performing yoga.

Being healthy is one of the prime priorities in today’s fast paced life. Yoga is recommended because it is this art which connects the body and the soul together. It keeps you in spiritual harmony. Yoga not only gives you internal peace, it detoxifies the body and hence builds the immune system. The best time to perform yoga is in the early hours of the morning when the environment is serene and quiet.

So what is it actually about and does it actually benefit or it does not?

All these questions are answered the best when you do cardio the right way. They give the best results when you do high- intensity cardio, go beyond your limit a bit. This will help you to burn your fat.

Do cardio-workouts with some interval between your workouts. For instance do three sessions of 40-50 minutes each with intervals between them. Do some simple warm up exercises between them and then do a cool down session. This will help you to regain your energy for the next session of workout. So after this you can start with bodyweight cardio workouts. Start with an easy bodyweight exercise and then do squats, pulling exercises and lunges. Then finish your workout with some simple things like jumping and sprinting in your place. You would know the actual benefits of cardio workout when you practice it this way.

Resistance band workouts are widely used by many fitness and health practitioners for rehabilitation, conditioning, and injury prevention and to gain strength. This type of exercises are ideal for home exercise program since you can easily incorporate them into some king of training that will help you to condition the cardiovascular system at the same time strengthening some specific muscle groups.

You can use the resistance tubing while you are away because it is light and compact meaning you can easily carry it to wherever you are going. Resistance tubing is adaptable and can be used without adding any other equipment. In addition, it is possible to train some of the small muscle groups that are difficult to train using the traditional weight exercises if you train using the resistance tubing. These types of exercises involve training movement and thus any muscle group is targeted at giving you more training for most parts of the body.

There are a number of things that you need to know about your post workout diet? The first meal you take after a fitness exercise is very important if you are the kind of person who is keen on fitness and a lifestyle that is healthy. Apart from water, the other important thing is making sure that your post workout diet contains enough proteins and carbohydrates. Keep away from fat and fatty foods.

The best type of protein to have as part of your diet is the mixed shake of whey protein powder. This is because it takes far less time to digest than the protein coming from other sources. Carbohydrates are equally important as part of a post workout meal. This group of foods helps the body system to restore muscle glycogen. Carbohydrates also help in the quick and efficient absorption of nutrients by the body.
