Baby boomers do not really see themselves as old and underestimate the effect of an injury to their body. They do tough exercises and other risky activities that may result in injuring themselves. It very frustrating when you no longer as fate as you use to be or as strong as you used to be.

1. Always warm up before starting any exercise.
2. Do simply and slow exercises
3. If you start felling any pain it advisable to stop and not ignore the pain
4. The exercises you do should depend on how much you weight
5. If you are a smoker you should stop as this can bring more problem when you start to exercises
6. always follow the technique of the exercise and do not improvise
