Well although sometimes bleeding during pregnancy is considered dangerous, but certain times it is normal. In fact when the egg after fertilization implants itself in the uterus, some amount of bleeding is normal. Most of the times there you might witness spots of blood, just like when you are having your periods. In fact some of the times there might be a heavier flow of blood. In fact statistics show that around 20 % of women bleed during pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is also accompanied spotting or bleeding.
If there is slight blood which does not require the need of pad or even a panty liner, it can be qualified as spotting. There is nothing to worry about spotting during pregnancy. Bleeding implies a much heavier flow of blood, just like what you experience during a period. However if the bleeding is heavy and clotted accompanied with cramps, it might a sign of threatened miscarriage.

Start with cleaning your nails well with lukewarm water and a piece of cotton. Next, remove the chipped polish from your nails with the help non-acetone nail polish remover. Once you are done, start filing your nails to give it a good shape. Make sure you file your nails with utmost care, as over pressure may actually break them. Thus use a gentle file to file your nails.
Next, rub a cuticle removing cream on your nail and gently and carefully with a stick, push your cuticles down. Clean your nails thoroughly. Pick a good shade of nail-polish and apply a base layer on your cleaned nails. Put a broad stoke right in the middle of your nail and then two strokes on each side. Clean the excess polish and let it dry. Finish the process with another layer of polish and your work is done!

Throat yeast infection is one form of ‘Candidiasis’ and can be a major embarrassment as the throat inflammation cannot be hidden like the other forms. Since prevention is always better than cure, it would do you good to know what causes this very irritating condition.
There are many ways in which you could get this infection. It is caused by “yeast overgrowth”. It is most common in genital areas hence the most common cause for it to spread to the throat is oral sex.
A weak immune system is a major cause which makes you susceptible and could be result of
- HIV/AIDS
- Less of sleep
- Stress, etc.
Hence, Sexually Transmitted Diseases which make your body weak internally would lead to yeast infection. A dry throat would be an ideal place for bacteria to thrive, so drink lots of water to keep your throat both hydrated and clean. Avoid sweetened food or yeast in case of slight infection.
Precautionary measures would not require you to turn celibate. So be aware of the causes, take care of yourself and stay well and safe.
