Canine Osteosarcoma

This is the most common bone tumor that affects the dogs. It usually strikes the leg bones of the larger dog breeds. Canine osteosarcoma usually occurs in the elderly or middle aged dogs but in some isolated cases it can occur in a dog of any age with the larger dog breed developing tumors while still young.
Osteosarcoma can affect any bone of the dog but in most cases, the limb is the one that is largely affected accounting for 75%-85% of the affected area. When osteosarcoma affects the limbs, it is referred to as “appedicular osteosarcoma”. This kind of disease develops inside the bone and it becomes more painful as it develops outwards and it entirely destroys the bone from the inside. One of the ways to know that your dog has Canine osteosarcoma is through a radiograph this is done through X-rays. Another way is through biopsy.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome affects one of the major nerves of the hand known as the median nerve. The syndrome occurs as a result of pressure and it can result to pain, numbness, tingling, swelling and weakness on all the fingers apart from the little finger. The loss of strength on the fingers makes it hard for the patient to grasp. One of the effects of this syndrome is diminished coordination. When the median nerve is not working properly, it is very hard for one to carry out normal activities. The pain also makes one to be clumsy and abnormally slow.

Stomach flu is the illness that causes irritation in the stomach and the intestines. The illness normally does not have to be treated because it disappears by itself after one or two days. Its scientific name is Gastroenteritis. Some of the symptoms associated with stomach flu include diarrhea, headache, fever and vomiting.
The diarrhea and vomiting can cause dehydration. Of all these symptoms, diarrhea is the one most likely to occur. However, vomiting and fever may fail to occur. You may not realize that you have stomach flu until several days later since the symptoms take quite long to appear.

Right Chest Pain

Although we all know that chest pain is a sign of a heart attack, this is not always the case. There could be several factors that lead to chest pain and some of these could be benign whereas others are an indication of a serious condition. If you experience chest pain on the left, it is a sign of angina pectoris (non-cardiac condition) condition known as fibromyalgia. Angina is a medical term that is used to describe heaviness, pain, numbness or pressure that occurs in the breastbone or across your chest.
It is rare to experience chest pain on the right because of cardiovascular condition. If you experience pain on the right, it may be due to gallbladder problems or liver inflammation.
